About the Role

You will join a production-focused IT environment where stable systems, fast problem-solving, and close collaboration with the business are key. In this role, you work at the intersection of applications, integrations, and infrastructure, helping ensure that factory-related IT services support day-to-day operations in the right way.

You will be part of a team that handles incidents, drives improvements, and works proactively to strengthen processes, monitoring, and documentation. The role also includes SAP-related work connected to production preparation, which means you need to be comfortable moving between technical support, analysis, and dialogue with both users and suppliers. It is a great opportunity if you enjoy combining hands-on troubleshooting with continuous improvement in a production-critical environment.

Job Description

• You will handle incidents for the infrastructure and application components the team is responsible for.
• You will drive improvement work related to processes, documentation, and monitoring in the technical environments.
• You will work with problem management to prevent recurring issues and identify root causes behind serious incidents.
• You will collaborate with production technicians and system suppliers to discuss and implement improvement measures.
• You will support production preparation activities in SAP, including routings and related tasks.
• You will manage changes in the systems and services owned by the team.

Requirements

• Experience and interest in IT infrastructure and applications in a production environment.
• Understanding of the software development process, with the ability to program and analyze in one or more programming languages.
• Knowledge of how to troubleshoot IT systems.
• Experience managing contacts at different levels within an organization.
• Experience with SAP production preparation.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You are pragmatic, self-motivated, and motivated by finding the right solutions.
• You have a broad perspective and understand how applications, integrations, and infrastructure relate to each other.

Nice to have

• Experience writing documentation and instructions.
• Experience working in case management systems such as ServiceNow.
• Experience working within the ITIL framework.
