The Manager, Business Delivery & Optimisation supports the successful execution of strategic priorities across Premier Banking by coordinating business delivery, driving continuous improvement initiatives, enabling frontline capability, and ensuring operational readiness for change.
Working closely with the Executive Manager, Business Optimisation & Delivery, the role translates strategic initiatives into practical implementation plans, coordinates delivery across multiple stakeholder groups, monitors business performance, and supports the adoption of new processes, technology and customer initiatives.
The Manager plays a key role in ensuring Premier Banking colleagues are equipped with the tools, communications, capability and operational support required to successfully deliver business outcomes while maintaining strong governance, risk management and customer focus.

- Deliver strategic initiatives by coordinating implementation across Product, Technology, Operations and frontline teams, ensuring business readiness and successful execution.
- Drive business performance and optimisation through analysis of customer, operational and delivery insights, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and customer outcomes.
- Enable frontline adoption and capability by supporting the rollout of new processes, tools and initiatives, while providing clear communications and implementation support.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and governance by partnering across business units, monitoring risks, tracking progress and supporting effective decision-making.
- Embed continuous improvement by simplifying processes, enhancing delivery practices and ensuring lessons learned are leveraged across the business.
