GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Analyst with approximately 10 years of professional experience to support data‑driven reports and dashboards and continuous improvement across our business. The role will be responsible for end‑to‑end analysis from understanding stakeholder needs and gathering data, to producing insights, recommendations, and management‑ready reporting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The colleague is responsible for:

  • Analysis & Insight
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise insights and reports/recommendations for business and senior leadership.
  • Reporting & Dashboards
  • Design, build, and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
  • Continuously improve reporting formats to enhance usability and decision‑making.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting and analysis needs.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize requirements for new reports, analytics, and process enhancements.
  • Governance, Controls & Projects
  • Support or lead analysis workstreams on projects (e.g., transitions, migrations, system implementations, TOM initiatives).
  • Contribute to data governance and control frameworks
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner to both operations and senior leadership.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI /MIS / visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex information.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, global teams.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
