Accountabilities
- Evaluate clinical trial data to identify risks, trends, discrepancies, and potential issues that may impact study quality or outcomes.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to improve data integrity, consistency, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data discrepancies and inconsistencies, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
- Apply clinical data expertise to complex scientific operations challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Provide guidance on best practices related to data governance, compliance, and risk management within clinical research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on data quality objectives and risk management processes.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and supporting effective clinical data management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline, healthcare field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience in clinical data analysis, with a strong focus on risk assessment and data management.
- Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks within clinical research environments.
- Strong understanding of clinical data quality standards, governance principles, and compliance requirements.
- Experience using data analysis tools, statistical software, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate meaningful insights.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in matrixed organizations.
