What you’ll do

We are looking for an experienced iOS Developer to join our team and help build a high-quality SDK that powers photo and video backup capabilities for mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Swift and Objective-C, a solid understanding of iOS architecture, and the ability to contribute to the design, refactoring, and modularization of complex mobile applications into reusable SDK components.

• Design, develop, and maintain an iOS SDK for media backup, upload, and synchronization functionality

• Contribute to the refactoring and modularization of an existing application into a standalone, embeddable SDK

• Collaborate with backend and mobile teams to ensure seamless integration between client and server components

• Develop scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code using Swift and Objective-C

• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions

• Write quality unit tests and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices where appropriate

• Maintain and improve build, testing, and release automation using Fastlane

• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and help raise engineering standards across the team

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in both modern and legacy codebases

• Contribute to tooling, automation, migration, and refactoring initiatives that improve product quality and developer experience

• Collaborate effectively within an international Agile development environment

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• 6+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, and the iOS platform

• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture patterns

• Experience building or maintaining mobile SDKs or shared libraries

• Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

• Experience with CocoaPods and Fastlane

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and contribute to architectural and technical decisions

• Comfortable working with existing codebases and improving legacy systems through refactoring

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Android development experience is a plus

• C++ experience is a plus

• Python experience is a plus

• Experience with media synchronization, cloud storage, backup, or content management solutions is a plus

• Experience working on cross-platform mobile products and large-scale applications is a plus
