The Position

Our Global Customer Support (GCS) team is dedicated to empowering healthcare professionals and affiliates worldwide by delivering exceptional service and support capabilities across our Roche Information Solutions network, ultimately driving our overall Roche Diagnostics Vision.

As the Technical Product Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for GCS key capabilities within Lab Insights for your area of responsibility. Working alongside Support and Training chapters, you will co-develop product support, provide global affiliate documentation, and partner with Customer Areas and Life-Cycle Teams (LCTs) to deliver on network priorities and business objectives.

The Opportunity

  • Act as GCS Project Leader accountable for all support and service deliverables in new product development projects, upgrades, and updates.
  • Lead the entire Product Life Cycle E2E from a support and service perspective, spanning from initial development to on-market deployment.
  • Coordinate with Chapters to aggregate upcoming LCT needs, advance Network priorities, make trade-offs, and break down silos.
  • Lead and empower a small Product Support & Training Squad under the guiding principle "We all lead."
  • Act as a role model for Agile Leadership behaviors and foster our culture, mindset, and behaviors as defined in We@RocheDiagnostics.
  • Play a key role in crafting and implementing key aspects of GCS Roche Information Solutions' mid- to long-term strategy.
  • Undertake international business travel as required by project activities and candidate location to support global matrix operations.

Who You Are

  • An expert with an advanced degree in IT or a related field; background in software product support, training, or diagnostics is a plus.
  • A proven thought leader with deep knowledge in support/training and a track record in project management or project leadership positions.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of subject matter expertise with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Thrives in global matrix structures with exceptional communication, teamwork, and intercultural skills.
