This position is a critical member of the TECVAYLI and TALVEY Marketing Teams and will work closely with external partners, customers, and field-facing teams to identify and implement strategies that support the adoption and expansion of J&J's multiple myeloma bispecific therapies across community oncology settings, including community hospitals and oncology clinics. The individual will support the development and execution of customer-focused resources and customer engagement initiatives intended to address operational challenges and drive business growth.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the development, approval, and deployment of promotional resources and operational tools that support the adoption and expansion of bispecific therapies within community oncology accounts
- Drive ongoing customer and stakeholder insight collection through partnership with key field teams, including Bispecific Area Business Specialists (ABS), Key Account Managers (KAM), Oncology Specialists, and other cross-functional partners, translating insights into actionable strategies and resource enhancements.
- Support community expansion launch readiness planning and execution for future bispecific indications and assets, including development of field resources, customer engagement strategies, and operational readiness initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of community expansion-focused advisory boards and partner with market research team to generate and harness customer insights that inform strategy, resource development, and business planning.

Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
- Experience with project management
- Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
- Ability to travel up to 20% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
Preferred:
- Experience in oncology and / or experience with new treatment modalities / products whose dosing & administration profile may require transitions of care or development of SOPs / protocols and other processes to enable administration
- Experience with product launch
- Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
