Full description

Salonkee is one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty-tech companies, helping thousands of salons simplify their daily operations and offer an outstanding experience to their clients.

Our all-in-one software simplifies appointment scheduling, payments, and client management, allowing salons to focus on what truly matters: delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We’re proud to shape the future of the beauty industry with innovation, collaboration, and a people-first mindset.

The opportunity

You'll join a small, high-impact Operations team, reporting directly to our COO Nicolas. Your job is to make our commercial machine run smoother and faster: owning CRM workflows, building automations, and connecting a growing stack of tools across multiple departments (Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, …).

You won't be writing product code. You'll be architecting the operational backbone of a scaling company and you'll own what you build, from design to documentation to ongoing maintenance.

What you will be doing

  • CRM (Zoho CRM): Design, build and maintain workflows end to end (forms, assignment logic, widgets, lead scoring,…) designed to increase our 100+ sales force impact in terms of deals closed.
  • Automation & integration (n8n): Build and maintain webhook-driven workflows connecting our entire tech stack (Zoho CRM, Intercom, Zoho Billing, Zoho Sign, Brevo, Airtable, BambooHR, …). Handle data sync, event triggers, and error handling at scale.
  • Data operations: Run mass data clean-ups, enrich records via APIs, normalize fields, and safeguard data integrity across systems.
  • Solution design & stakeholder support: Translate business needs from the COO and department leads into reliable, automated operational flows. Be one of our go-to team members for cross-departmental technical needs - and see your solutions through to adoption.

What you need to have

  • 3-6 years in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Technical Business Analyst role, ideally at a SaaS or tech company.
  • Deep hands-on experience with a major CRM (Zoho CRM ideally; Salesforce or HubSpot works if you're a fast learner).
  • A proven track record building complex automations (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar)
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON, plus working knowledge of JavaScript. You don't need to be a developer, but you think like one.
  • Experience manipulating data at scale: mass updates, scripting, enrichment pipelines.
  • A strong ownership mentality: you see a broken process and fix it before anyone asks.
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical teams, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English.

What we offer

  • A high-impact role with real ownership: the systems you build run the company's commercial engine across seven markets
  • Direct exposure to the COO and leadership: your work shapes how the whole company operates
  • A competitive remuneration package.
  • A dynamic, international, and supportive work environment with a strong team culture.
  • Flat hierarchies that promote open communication and encourage putting your ideas forward
  • The opportunity to be part of a success story and make a tangible impact on the future of the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Regular company events to foster team bonding and create opportunities for networking and collaboration

At Salonkee, we believe that innovation thrives in an environment where everyone feels included and empowered.

We’re building a diverse team that reflects the industry we serve: creative, passionate, and full of different perspectives.

No matter who you are or where you come from, you’ll find a place here to grow, contribute, and be your authentic self.
