Project Manager

Location: Cincinnati, OH

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the successful execution of projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and are passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day coordination and execution of multiple projects
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and a high level of responsiveness
  • Coordinate and order materials required for upcoming projects
  • Support the planning, organization, and execution of large-scale project initiatives
  • Monitor project schedules, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Maintain accurate project records, reporting, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and other business systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope
  • Identify and communicate potential project risks, delays, or challenges

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong client-facing abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Self-starter who is proactive, driven, and adaptable

Preferred

  • Experience in project coordination, project management, construction, furniture, or related industries
  • Familiarity with project management software, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or other business tools
  • Internship, co-op, or professional experience in project-based environments
  • Up to 5 years of relevant experience is a plus

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
