About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Analyst to drive product discovery, analysis, and delivery across our retail and enterprise technology platforms. Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders, you will use data, customer insights, and business analysis to shape product decisions, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Delivery
- Lead analysis for complex product
initiatives involving multiple systems and integrations.
- Gather, document, and validate
functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and manage user stories,
acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement activities.
- Support Agile delivery through
sprint planning, story elaboration, and solution validation.
Analytics & Product Insights
- Analyze customer behavior, product
performance, and operational metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Establish KPIs and measurement
frameworks to assess business and customer value.
- Partner with Product Managers to
influence product strategy and roadmap decisions through data-driven recommendations.
Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management
- Identify opportunities to
streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive automation.
- Facilitate collaboration between
business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Manage risks, dependencies, scope
changes, and stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
Required
- 7+ years of experience in Product
Analysis, Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, or Solution Delivery.
- Strong experience working in Agile
or Scaled Agile environments.
- Proven ability to work across
complex systems, integrations, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving,
and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with requirements
gathering, process mapping, data analysis, and system integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business outcomes.
