Amazon Ads Supply Side Technology is a program that is pioneering new experiences for Ad Publishers. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Manager Product Management - Technical to join the team. Our scope will grow substantially and we are looking for a strong leader to grow the team, build best in class publisher experiences, and deliver a scalable system that will delight customers worldwide. This is a highly visible position with significant impact and growth. You will lead across engineering, science, operations, finance, and legal. You will be required to invent new solutions in the context of a rapidly changing industry. You will be responsible for partnering closely with engineering to set priorities and make tradeoffs for your products. Finally, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of your products including revenue, customer concerns, and long-term success.

Basic Qualifications: - 6+ years of team management experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
