About the Role:

Lead and manage all civil and structural works across the project.
Review and coordinate civil, structural, and architectural designs with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor contractor progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with the approved programme and quality standards.
Review method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
Coordinate interfaces between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and specialist works.
Identify and resolve technical issues, site constraints, and construction-related challenges.
Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
Review contractor progress and provide technical inputs for project reporting.
Support inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.

About You:

Basic understanding of data centre infrastructure.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
