About the Role:
- Lead and manage all civil and structural works across the project.
- Review and coordinate civil, structural, and architectural designs with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor contractor progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with the approved programme and quality standards.
- Review method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate interfaces between civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and specialist works.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, site constraints, and construction-related challenges.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Review contractor progress and provide technical inputs for project reporting.
- Support inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.
About You:
- Basic understanding of data centre infrastructure.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
