The Product Owner plays a key role within the IT / Global Tech organization, leading digital products that support the Order-to-Cash (OTC) Finance process. This role will act as the Product Owner for Cash.AI, Dispute, and Collection modules, ensuring these products solve real business problems, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable value for Finance teams.

The Product Owner is responsible for connecting business strategy with technology execution: understanding OTC priorities, translating them into a clear product roadmap and backlog, aligning stakeholders, and working closely with Engineering, Data, AI/GenAI, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
