Job Summary:
The IT Project Manager leads the planning and execution of ACL Airshop’s core IT systems and application projects. The role oversees project lifecycles, resources, stakeholders, and third-party vendors, ensuring delivery meets business requirements. The position also applies Agile methodologies and develops/maintains project processes, classifications, and requirements of documentation.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manageACL Airshop’sITRoadmap,project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies to ensuretimelyand cost-effective delivery.
- Define quality standards and monitor project performance against agreed objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage requirements, risks, issues, and changes.
- Communicate project status, risks, and corrective actions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and critical path activities.
- Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives,etc.
- Coach teams and leaders on Agile/Scrum practices, self-organization,CI, and knowledge sharing.
- Support conflict resolution and ensure effective communication and implementation of project-related organizational changes.
- Continuouslyimprovetheproject management processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Competencies/Abilities/Personal Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in computer scienceorrelatedfield.
- Min. 5 yearsof professional experience equivalent to an IT project manager.
- Certifications Prince2, CAPM,and/or Agile Certified Practitioner.
- Cloudinfrastructure and development on Microsoft Cloud (Azure), Google Cloudand/or Amazon Webservices servicesaredesirable.
- Thorough knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts, and practices,Agile methodology (e.g. Scrum Framework)andsystem development lifecycle.
- Experience with AI Tools and using them for ITProject managementand IT Development.
- Experienceswith IT SecurityOfficertasksand/or ISO27001 frameworkarepreferred.
