Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) across multiple entities, ensuring regulatory requirements are translated into practical actions and successfully delivered. This role requires a professional with experience in IT project management, strong stakeholder coordination skills, and the ability to bridge technical, cybersecurity, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Delivery

  • Define, maintain, and drive the DORA implementation roadmap, ensuring the achievement of key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into actionable implementation plans and operational activities.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
  • Ensure effective follow-up on actions and support the resolution of project roadblocks.
  • Assist different entities throughout their DORA compliance journey and implementation efforts.

- Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinate workshops, steering committees, follow-up meetings, and alignment sessions.
  • Foster collaboration between Business, IT, Cybersecurity, and Management teams.
  • Facilitate health checks and progress reviews to assess implementation status and address challenges.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for DORA-related topics and initiatives.

- Reporting & Communication:

  • Prepare dashboards, status reports, executive presentations, and project documentation.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, priorities, and next steps clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain project repositories, FAQs, lessons learned, and SharePoint documentation.
  • Ensure consistent and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Technical Implementation Support:

  • Work closely with technical and business teams to support the implementation of DORA requirements.
  • Contribute to initiatives involving: Network segmentation, Backup and recovery processes, Third-party risk monitoring, Operational resilience controls and Cybersecurity governance.
  • Coordinate remediation activities and support the resolution of technical and operational challenges.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or technology project management.
  • Proven experience managing project roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and information systems.
  • Familiarity with: Server and system architectures, Networking fundamentals, Cybersecurity principles, The CIA Triad (Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability) and Security and resilience testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of operational resilience and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Knowledge of DORA requirements is a strong advantage.
  • Python scripting knowledge is considered a plus.
  • Experience producing executive-level reporting and project documentation.
  • Experience in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and SharePoint
