Embark on a journey within our Group Technology Services Management Business Unit to contribute to the objectives of the team by providing high quality service to MCB Group and external customers and to have the opportunity to specialize and grow into this niche domain.

We are on the lookout for:

Job vacancies: SWIFT Service Bureau Support

As a SWIFT Service Bureau Support, you will operate and monitor MCB Group’s Swift Infrastructure, ensuring the secure, accurate, timely transmission of messages over the Swift Network.

In this role you will:

  • Provide first-level support for Swift Service Bureau applications and infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and user queries in line with established procedures and service level targets to support our internal and external customers;
  • Execute testing of new Swift standards, system upgrades, and application enhancements to ensure service continuity and minimize operational disruptions;
  • Monitor and operate Swift applications for the MCB Group and external customers, including message routings, duplicate checks, reconciliation activities, investigation of outstanding messages, sanctions screening exceptions, rejected transactions, to ensure smooth running of operations and minimal disruptions of service;
  • Produce operational reports and transaction statistics by extracting and analyzing data, supporting service monitoring, performance tracking, and management reporting.

We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of:

  • A Diploma in Information Technology or any relevant field;
  • 3 years of working experience in Banking/Financial Payments domain with a sound knowledge of Swift;

AND

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Proven experience supporting business-critical applications in a financial institution would be an advantage.

A combination of both qualifications and experience will also be considered.
