We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst who is passionate about using data to drive business decisions. This role partners directly with executive leadership to transform operational, financial, and commercial data into actionable insights that improve revenue, operational efficiency, staffing strategy, inventory performance, and guest engagement across our global cruise operations.

What You'll Do
• Partner with executive leadership to provide data-driven recommendations that improve business performance.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems.
• Analyze revenue, staffing, inventory, promotions, guest engagement, and operational KPIs across more than 100 cruise ships.
• Build forecasting models and performance scorecards that support strategic planning.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and revenue trends while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Recruiting, Inventory, and Cruise Line Relations to support key business initiatives.
• Automate recurring reporting and improve analytical processes through data-driven solutions.
• Present complex findings to executive leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
• Recommend operational improvements based on data analysis and business trends.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries.
• Advanced Tableau and/or Power BI experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience developing executive dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the cruise, hospitality, travel, retail, or other multi-unit operational industries.
• Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic reporting and business insights.
• Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, revenue optimization, and operational performance metrics.
• Experience with data modeling and reporting automation.
