For our latest product, an innovative cloud-based work management solution, we are looking for game-changers, big thinkers, and doers who are ready to join our journey as a React Developer willing to drive our migration to Elm. We are a passionate and entrepreneurial group of software enthusiasts, aiming to revolutionize work and resource management. Our new solution is taking us beyond Genetec’s core market, allowing us to delve deeper into our customer operations. With the success of our solution we will start our Alarm Management initiative for Security Center SaaS.

- Build scalable, stateless cloud architectures with state-of-the-art techniques like Microfrontends and trunk based development hosted in Kubernetes
- Design and implement intuitive user experiences that align with platform conventions
- Work closely with the broader development team, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure constant team alignment and continuous improvement
- Participate in conception, implementation, and pragmatic documentation within a Kanban process model
- Propose relevant analysis and conceptions to tackle challenging problems
- Help investigate the introduction of Golang into our React environment
- Take part in ongoing code reviews and other quality-improving activities
About you
- Proficiency with React and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of modern front-end development practices
- Experience with Elmis a plus; candidates who are interested and happy to learn it are equally welcome, as we strive to transition our front end from React to Elm.
- Solid CSS skills, with experience building responsive and visually appealing interfaces
- Experience with mobile or hybrid mobile development (e.g., Ionic, Capacitor, or similar frameworks)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and working with CI/CD processes
- Experience with DevExtreme libraries is a plus
- Knowledge of RxJS and Nx is highly desirable
- Experience with end-to-end (E2E) testing using frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

The salary range for this position is above the collective agreement and, depending on training, qualifications, and professional experience, starts from EUR 55,000.00 gross annually.
