This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer, Web Experience based in the United States.
This is a high-impact product design role focused on shaping the user experience across B2B and B2C marketing web surfaces. You’ll define UX strategy, evolve scalable design systems, and create reusable patterns that help marketing teams move faster. The role combines customer-centered design with data-driven optimization, experimentation, and business impact. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, engineering, creative, and design systems teams in a highly collaborative environment. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how users move from campaigns and content into broader digital product experiences. The position is ideal for a systems thinker who enjoys ambiguity, solving complex web challenges, and building foundations that scale.

Accountabilities
- Lead UX strategy and design-system vision across marketing websites, including landing pages, microsites, merchandising experiences, and editorial content.
- Evolve reusable component libraries, guidelines, and design standards that create cohesive experiences across marketing web surfaces.
- Create scalable, self-service web patterns in Figma that align with CMS capabilities and reduce unnecessary engineering dependency.
- Partner with CMS developers and engineering teams to design and launch custom components and reusable patterns for evolving marketing needs.
- Collaborate with product design, design foundations, and design systems teams to create seamless transitions from marketing campaigns into core digital product experiences.
- Design responsive, growth-oriented experiences for B2B and B2C audiences while balancing user needs, conversion goals, and business performance.
- Partner with marketing technology and operations teams to QA implementations and ensure shipped experiences align with established design standards.
- Translate business objectives into clear UX strategies and practical web design solutions in partnership with marketing stakeholders.
- Conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help improve navigation, wayfinding, landing-page experiences, and overall usability.
- Analyze quantitative performance data alongside qualitative research to identify friction, validate design decisions, prioritize opportunities, and improve conversion and customer outcomes.
- Explore AI-enabled design and content-generation tools to increase production efficiency and scale web experiences without proportional increases in engineering effort.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, design practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing web experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in web marketing, product design, UX design, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading Marketing UX initiatives from strategy through implementation and measuring their impact on customers and business outcomes.
- Strong portfolio and resume demonstrating systems-level UX work, web design across B2B and B2C contexts, and measurable business impact.
- Deep experience working within component-based CMS and design-system environments, with a strong understanding of reusable and scalable design patterns.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Proficiency with Figma and/or comparable design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, optimize funnels, identify opportunities, and influence decisions through evidence.
- Proven ability to validate design decisions through research, testing, and performance analysis, translating insights into measurable improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale and build strong relationships across functions.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset, including the ability to identify patterns, establish scalable foundations, and independently determine opportunities for reuse.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and bringing clarity to evolving requirements and business priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, engineering, creative, design systems, and technology teams.
- Ability to balance immediate marketing delivery needs with the development of scalable, future-ready web foundations.

- Competitive annual base salary, with ranges varying by location:
- $125,900–$201,100 in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington State, and Washington, D.C.
- $119,600–$191,000 in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia.
