About the Company
At Avaron, you get the security of permanent employment combined with the variety of working at different customers. We place specialists across everything from tech, IT and industry to project management and business support – and whatever the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development.
About the Role
You will step into a global automotive environment where newly developed SME sales capabilities now need to be turned into consistent day-to-day execution across markets and retail partners. This role sits at the intersection of commercial operations, digital delivery, and business change, with a clear focus on making processes work in practice and creating measurable impact.
You will support both the rollout and long-term adoption of SME ways of working while also strengthening Fleet development capacity. That means helping markets move from technical availability to operational readiness, removing blockers, structuring incoming Fleet requests, and keeping progress visible across a broad stakeholder landscape. You will work closely with commercial, retail, digital, finance, legal, and market teams in a small agile setup where you can influence both execution and continuous improvement.
This is a strong opportunity if you enjoy combining project management, operational problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination in an international setting.
Job Description
- You will drive a structured implementation plan for SME capabilities across relevant markets, including milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-up actions.
- You will help markets and partners move from system availability to operational readiness and sustained daily use.
- You will support the end-to-end SME flow, including account creation, agreements, discounts, product selection, ordering, and sales contracts.
- You will clarify local roles, ownership, approval flows, and escalation paths, and help resolve market-specific process gaps without losing the global process perspective.
- You will collect feedback on the CRM platform and retailer-facing tools, triage issues related to process, training, data, and systems, and coordinate resolutions with business and digital teams.
- You will translate validated improvement needs into clear requirements and support testing and release readiness when needed.
- You will manage the intake of new Fleet development requests by clarifying business value, urgency, scope, dependencies, ownership, and decision needs before prioritisation or delivery.
- You will document, classify, and route requests through the agreed intake process and maintain transparency around status, ownership, and next steps.
- You will monitor queue volumes, ageing, response times, bottlenecks, and workload distribution, and raise risks before service levels are affected.
- You will facilitate market forums, working sessions, training refreshers, and targeted deep dives with market teams and retail partners.
- You will track readiness, training completion, capability usage, issue resolution, and sales performance, and provide concise updates and recommendations to leadership.
- You will document recurring questions, decisions, and proven ways of working to support a structured knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial implementation, market rollout, adoption, Fleet development, or change management in a multi-market environment.
- Ability to manage request intake and turn incomplete or complex needs into clear problem statements, scope, ownership, actions, and requirements.
- Ability to bridge business operations and digital delivery and convert feedback into clear actions and requirements.
- Experience working hands-on with market teams and retail partners to solve problems and improve execution.
- A structured way of working with milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, workload, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Strong facilitation, training, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical ability and experience using handling-time, throughput, adoption, and performance data to prioritise support and improvements.
- A high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Experience from automotive, retail sales, B2B, SME, Fleet, partner networks, or mobility services.
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, retailer portals, Jira, or Confluence.
- Experience creating operational playbooks, training material, adoption dashboards, or hypercare support models.
- Understanding of SME sales, discount governance, financing journeys, and partner-led automotive sales.
- Experience coordinating business, digital, finance, legal, and market stakeholders from rollout through stabilisation.
