Right now, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to integrate our talent team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Define and implement security controls across our client's environments.
  • Evaluate and test cybersecurity solutions to

determine the best fit for the company's needs and context.

  • Ensure the security of network infrastructure,

including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, network segmentation, data center security solutions, NDR, SASE, and related technologies.

  • Validate configurations and perform hardening of

data center systems.

  • Assess and implement additional requirements in

existing solutions, including new functionalities, continuous improvements, and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with different business areas to

identify, assess, and characterize technologies and their associated cybersecurity risks.

  • Manage projects and produce the necessary

documentation to support project tracking and implementation.

  • Produce technical documentation for tested and

implemented solutions, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).

  • Monitor emerging cybersecurity technologies,

market trends, and threat landscapes.

  • Align internal cybersecurity strategy with

industry best practices and technologies that enhance visibility and risk mitigation capabilities.

  • Communicate cybersecurity risks, mitigation

measures, and technology recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Contribute, when required, to the cybersecurity

incident management process.

You must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,

Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum 4 years experience in cybersecurity engineering

roles or similar.

  • Relevant experience in identifying, assessing,

and managing cybersecurity risks (e.g., conducting cybersecurity assessments).

  • Relevant experience in technology risk

management.

  • Strong knowledge of network protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with firewall solutions such

as Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, or similar.

  • Experience working with Linux and Windows Server

operating systems in a security-focused environment.

  • Leadership skills and ability to work effectively

in a team environment.

  • Strong conflict management and stakeholder

coordination skills, including experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a pragmatic and

initiative-driven approach.

  • Resilience, adaptability to change, and ability

to manage ambiguity.

  • Critical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to make decisions independently and solve

complex problems.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and

security architectures.

  • Experience or knowledge within the

telecommunications industry.

  • Exposure to advanced security domains such as

NDR, SASE, data center security, and enterprise network security solutions.

  • Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity market

trends, emerging technologies, and threat intelligence.
