About the Role:

The team:

The Salesforce Team architects and optimizes the CRM ecosystem of OSTTRA to streamline Marketing, Sales, operations and customer lifecycle management.

We help Marketing, Sales, Service, and IT using scalable data models and workflows leveraging advanced automations from declarative Flows to custom Apex.

By building a unified, 360-degree view of the customer, we drive go-to-market velocity, data integrity, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities and impact:

The Marketing Automation & Salesforce Specialist will be the technical lead for Osttra’s lead generation and nurturing engine. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and its integration with Salesforce, ensuring that our marketing processes are automated, our data is clean, and our reporting is actionable.

Key Responsibilities. Pardot Administration & Automation

• Process Architecture: Build and optimize complex Engagement Studio programs (drip campaigns) for long-term lead nurturing.

• Campaign Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of "Single Send" campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and deployment.

• Technical Builds: Develop and maintain responsive email templates, landing pages, and web forms, ensuring high deliverability and brand consistency.

• Automation Logic: Set up and audit automation rules, completion actions, and dynamic content to personalize the prospect journey.

2. Salesforce Integration & Data Management

• Sync Oversight: Manage the Pardot-Salesforce connector to ensure seamless data flow between Marketing and Sales.

• Lead Management: Maintain lead scoring and grading models to prioritize high-value prospects for the Sales team.

• Data Hygiene: Act as the gatekeeper for database health; performing regular audits, managing opt-outs (GDPR/CCPA compliance), and resolving sync errors.

3. Reporting & Insights

• Performance Dashboards: Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track campaign ROI, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and funnel velocity.

• Lifecycle Analytics: Utilize B2B Marketing Analytics to provide stakeholders with insights into which channels are driving revenue.

• Feedback Loops: Regularly present performance data to the marketing team to guide future strategy and spend.

What we’re looking for:

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Expertise

• Platform Mastery: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce CRM.

• Web Basics: Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting (specifically navigating Outlook rendering issues).

• Data Logic: Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, custom fields, and how they map to marketing automation tools.

• Analytics: Expert-level skills in Salesforce reporting and Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation.

Professional Experience

• B2B Background: Experience in Fintech or complex B2B SaaS environments is highly preferred.

• Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of global data privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist or Administrator is a significant plus.
