Job Summary
We are looking for a NetSuite Implementer & IT Project Manager to join our IT team and support the development, implementation, and optimization of our business systems and technology solutions.
This role combines hands-on NetSuite implementation and customization with IT project management, requiring strong technical expertise, business understanding, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology and can effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Implementation & Business Systems
- Lead NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Design and develop NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.x.
- Build, maintain, and optimize SuiteFlow workflows.
- Create advanced Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards, and KPIs.
- Configure and customize NetSuite solutions to support business requirements.
- Manage NetSuite roles, permissions, and security.
- Support CSV imports, exports, and data migration activities.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing NetSuite customizations and system performance.
- Analyze business and financial requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Partner with the Finance team to improve ERP processes, financial reporting, month-end activities, approval workflows, purchasing processes, and automation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain T-SQL queries and stored procedures (SP).
- Provide global user support, troubleshooting, documentation, and training.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes and system capabilities.
IT Project Management
- Manage end-to-end IT projects, from planning and requirements definition through implementation and successful delivery.
- Lead the setup and implementation of in-house developed conference applications and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand operational needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI tools such as Claude Code, AI agents, and automation solutions.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience implementing and supporting NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP systems.
- High level of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical orientation and passion for technology.
- Experience with JavaScript and NetSuite SuiteScript is highly preferred.
- Experience developing T-SQL queries and stored procedures is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
