This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a key role in assessing  TSEG’s compliance with financial crime regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk management frameworks, and the effectiveness of the financial crime control environment.

A few of your responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of Line 2 assurance and quality assurance reviews across financial crime risk management activities.
  • Assess the effectiveness of financial crime controls and compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.
  • Utilise data analytics and testing techniques to identify trends, risks and opportunities for control enhancement.
  • Prepare meaningful reports and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships to promote awareness of financial crime obligations and control expectations.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of assurance methodologies, reporting and analytics capability.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative professional who can deliver quality outcomes in a dynamic environment. 

  • Experience in assurance, compliance, risk management, or a related control function.
  • Strong risk mindset with an understanding of risk and control frameworks.
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and investigation skills.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Desirable: Relevant tertiary qualification and industry certifications (e.g. ACAMS, ICA)
