Self-Service User Experience

* Managed the self-service user experience including authoring help page content, creating instructional help videos, and informing UX copy across the product surface * Ensured a bar-raising customer experience by translating complex product capabilities into clear, accessible guidance for brand-registered sellers

Self-Service Go-to-Market

* Led self-service GTM strategy, including inputting into the product roadmap, influencing product launch strategy, and building communication plans for customers * Partnered cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure launches met a high CX bar and drove adoption among brands and agencies

Agency & Budget Management

* Managed agency requests including brief development, SOW negotiations, and creative feedback cycles to deliver high-quality marketing assets (video, sales enablement, playbooks) on time and within budget * Owned PMM program budget allocation, including PO management, invoice reconciliation, spend forecasting.
