The Project Manager I plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating projects from initiation through completion to ensure they meet scope, time, and budget requirements. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop detailed plans, and monitor progress against milestones. The Project Manager I is responsible for identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project health and stakeholder satisfaction. Effective communication with team members, clients, and leadership is essential to align expectations and report on project status. Ultimately, this role ensures successful delivery of projects that support organizational goals and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or management roles.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
