This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Travel Management based in United States.
This is a high-impact product leadership opportunity focused on transforming how businesses discover, evaluate, and book corporate travel. You will own the strategy and evolution of search and shopping experiences across flights, hotels, and rental cars. The role combines customer-centric product thinking with data-driven experimentation and strong commercial awareness. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to create intuitive experiences that increase confidence and conversion. Emerging technologies, including AI-powered personalization, will play an important role in shaping the next generation of travel discovery. With significant ownership and cross-functional influence, you will help make business travel simpler, smarter, and more rewarding for millions of travelers.

Accountabilities
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for search, discovery, shopping, and booking experiences across flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Balance customer needs, usability, and business objectives to prioritize product investments that create measurable value.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI and personalized recommendations, to improve travel discovery and decision-making.
- Partner closely with engineering, product design, data, and business stakeholders to define, build, launch, and continuously improve product capabilities.
- Lead the development of scalable search and shopping experiences that improve conversion, customer confidence, and the overall booking journey.
- Use customer research, behavioral data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and iterate on experiences to maximize customer and business outcomes.
- Foster alignment across multiple teams and workstreams by establishing shared goals, clear priorities, and actionable plans.
- Translate complex product opportunities and technical considerations into clear strategies and decisions for cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
- Communicate the rationale behind product priorities, trade-offs, and investments through compelling narratives that build organizational alignment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional product management experience, ideally within travel technology, marketplaces, booking platforms, fintech, or other complex consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong experience owning product strategy and delivering sophisticated customer journeys from discovery through conversion or transaction.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, design, data, operations, and business teams.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across organizational boundaries without relying solely on formal authority.
- Deep customer empathy and strong understanding of user experience principles, with the ability to translate customer needs into intuitive and effective product solutions.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using behavioral data, experimentation, A/B testing, and customer research to validate hypotheses and guide product decisions.
- Strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, business impact, technical feasibility, and long-term product vision.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas, product trade-offs, and strategic priorities clearly to diverse audiences.
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and teams are building and scaling new products.
- Experience with travel products or business travel is highly desirable, but direct travel industry experience is not required.

- Base salary range of $181,400–$251,000 USD.
- Total compensation may include equity and/or variable compensation or OTE, depending on role, experience, and location.
