Job Description

Summary

Experience in writing SQL is a must. Responsible for turning data into actionable information and insights to drive business and operational decisions in assigned support areas. This role will work closely with operational and business leadership to understand their analytics and business needs and function as a trusted analytics delivery partner to answer pertinent business questions using all available data assets. Enables successful adoption of analytics tools and requires advanced knowledge healthcare operations and the key performance indicators used to support the business.

Job Duties

  • Partners with the Business Intelligence Developer (BID) to validate, build, and test analytical solutions.
  • Gathers and documents business requirements.
  • Educates data consumers on how to use Analytical solutions.
  • Demonstrates proficiency and operational knowledge in data dimensions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 2 years related work experience

Physical Demands Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
