The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with business process owners, subject matter experts, frontline users, IT teams, vendors, and project managers to gather requirements, document current-state processes, define future-state needs, and validate that delivered solutions solve the right business problems. The role is expected to ask good questions, separate wants from needs, and make complex processes clear enough for teams to act on.

The initial focus will be ERP transformation, with ongoing support for enterprise and IT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Discovery & Requirements Management
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, process gaps, policy constraints, data needs, reporting needs, and operational requirements across functions and locations.
- Plan and facilitate interviews, workshops, process walk-throughs, and working sessions that uncover both stated requests and the underlying business needs behind them.
- Elicit, document, validate, prioritize, and manage business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, assumptions, constraints, open questions, and decision logs.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured deliverables that can be understood by business users, IT teams, solution architects, system integrators, software partners, project managers, and leaders.
- Validate proposed solutions with the business to confirm that designs address the true business need, not just the fastest system configuration path.
- Maintain requirements traceability from business need through design, build, testing, training, deployment, adoption, and post-go-live support.
Process, Data & Reporting
- Document current-state and future-state business processes, including roles, handoffs, systems, controls, data inputs, data outputs, reporting needs, exception paths, and upstream/downstream impacts.
- Analyze process and data issues to distinguish root causes from symptoms and help teams avoid automating broken or inconsistent processes.
- Support data analysis, data cleansing, master data readiness, reporting requirements, dashboard needs, validation activities, and reconciliation checkpoints across ERP workstreams.
- Create clear process maps, requirements matrices, fit-gap summaries, status updates, dashboards, decision materials, and other documentation that helps teams make faster, better decisions.
Testing, Readiness & Adoption Support
- Defining business test scenarios based on requirements and process flows
- Writing or reviewing UAT test cases and acceptance criteria
- Ensuring requirements are traceable to test cases
- Helping business users understand what needs to be tested
- Supporting defect triage by clarifying expected business outcomes
- Validating that the solution meets the original business need
- Track business issues during deployment, hypercare, and stabilization, and help convert lessons learned into reusable templates, better requirements practices, and improved delivery standards.
TMO Standards & Delivery Support
- Use and help improve common standards for business analysis, requirements management, process documentation
- Support the Enterprise Transformation Office as Holley builds a center of excellence for Project Management, Change Management, and Business Analysis, including templates, playbooks, routines, and practical coaching for cross-functional teams.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives beyond the ERP program when needed, including business process harmonization, systems integration, reporting improvement, data governance, operational readiness, and continuous improvement workstreams.
