Office of Student Affairs Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of ‘Assistant Student Development Manager’)
The appointee will be assigned to the Wellness and Counselling Centre (WACC), and will be responsible for (a) assisting in the administration and implementation of student activities, educational programmes, and campus-wide mental wellness campaigns; (b) co-ordinating the mental health training workshops and courses for both staff and students; (c) supporting system enhancement and revamp initiatives; (d) compiling relevant statistics and preparing regular reports; (e) providing administrative support for the general operation of the Centre; and (f) performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably at tertiary institutions; (iii) a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; (v) excellent IT proficiency, including knowledge of graphic design (e.g. Adobe Photoshop or Canva) and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, or similar); (vi) a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; and (vii) strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with a contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
