Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and Figma is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively in both Cantonese and English.

Full description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs, rationale, and business value for features on Emma, Quest, or OneCircle.Club, together with the Product Owner
  • Own requirements gathering, process maps, user journeys, and user stories end-to-end for assigned features, participating in and helping drive scrum ceremonies within the squad
  • Conduct market research and analyse digital journey performance (e.g. usage, drop-off, NPS) to inform product and UX recommendations
  • Partner with the UI/UX team to define wireframes and prototypes, finalising user journeys directly with business and client stakeholders
  • Design and execute test cases (functional, non-functional, UI), identify test data, and capture evidence ahead of release
  • Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to enhance research, documentation, and delivery productivity, applying AI responsibly within governance and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in business analysis and digital transformation; less experienced candidates will be considered for Assistant Digital Product CoE Analyst
  • Experience owning features or work streams end-to-end within an Agile/Scrum team
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage
  • Comfortable engaging directly with business and client stakeholders to advocate platform adoption
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Excel for requirements and delivery tracking
  • Practical experience applying AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot in research, analysis, or documentation workflows
  • Strong skills in structuring and presenting analysis to stakeholders and leadership
