Position Summary
The Graphic Designer, Listing Images is responsible for redesigning and building out our product listing imagery across retail marketplaces, including Walmart.com, Target.com, and Amazon. This includes main images, secondary/infographic images, and lifestyle imagery that need to meet each retailer's requirements while clearly communicating product benefits and driving conversion.
You'll work in Figma to design, iterate, and maintain a library of listing image templates that can be adapted across our product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Listing Image Design: Design and redesign main images, secondary/infographic images, and lifestyle images for marketplace listings in Figma.
- Retailer Compliance: Ensure every image meets each retailer's specific image requirements (dimensions, background, content restrictions, etc.) for Walmart.com, Target.com, and Amazon.
- Template & System Management: Build and maintain a library of reusable Figma templates and components so listing images can be updated and scaled efficiently across SKUs.
- Conversion-Focused Iteration: Use listing performance data and stakeholder feedback to iterate on imagery that isn't converting.
- Brand Consistency: Keep listing imagery consistent with Rosabella's brand guidelines while adapting to each retailer's format and content rules.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with marketplace and creative stakeholders to source product photography, claims, and messaging for use in listing images.
- Asset Organization: Maintain organized, well-labeled Figma files and exported assets so images can be found and reused quickly.
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and building reusable templates.
- A portfolio demonstrating product or e-commerce listing image design work.
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout for conversion-focused imagery.
- Ability to work within existing brand guidelines while adapting to different retailer formats.
- Comfortable managing multiple SKUs and image variants without losing consistency.
Preferred:
- Direct experience designing listing images for Amazon, Walmart.com, or Target.com specifically.
- Experience in the supplement, wellness, CPG, or DTC space.
- Experience with A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content modules.
- Basic photo retouching skills.
Who This Role Is Not For
- This is not a brand or social content design role. It is focused specifically on conversion-driven marketplace listing imagery.
- This is not for people who aren't fluent in Figma; this role lives in Figma day to day.
- This is not for people uncomfortable iterating on their work based on retailer requirements or performance data.
- This is not for people who need heavy creative direction on every single asset; you should be able to run with a brief.
Work Environment
- Fully remote position.
- Works closely with marketplace and creative stakeholders.
- Fast-paced, with imagery needs tied directly to a growing retail channel.
- Performance and outcomes are prioritized over hours worked or process.
What We Value
- Output-Focused: We prioritize and reward results.
- Accountability: Team members own their decisions, mistakes, and outcomes.
- Thirst for Knowledge: We learn continuously from data, customers, and each other.
