Sr FullStack (Javascript + React.js/Vue.js)

At Devsu we're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to join our clients' embedded engineering team supporting a leading technology company in the hospitality industry. This is a full-time, fully remote position for professionals based in LATAM.

The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with solid backend development experience and hands-on frontend expertise with JavaScript and React.js or Vue.js. The role requires someone who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, own features end-to-end, and build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications.

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications used by customers globally.
• Design and implement backend services and application features.
• Develop frontend solutions using JavaScript and React.js or Vue.js.
• Own features end-to-end, from requirements and technical decisions through delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, engineering managers, and product stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations for product and technical improvements.
• Apply software engineering best practices, design patterns, testing, and maintainable architecture.
• Participate in code reviews and help maintain engineering quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Work independently and effectively in an environment with ambiguous or evolving requirements.
• Incorporate AI-assisted and agentic development tools into daily engineering workflows.
• Contribute to application reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with React.js or Vue.js.
• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade software.
• Experience owning features or products end-to-end.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal direction.
• Experience with code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, testing, code quality, and maintainability.
• Experience with AI-assisted or agentic software development tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent professional English.
• Availability to work with US time-zone overlap (CT)

• Nice to have: React Native or mobile development experience.
• Nice to have: Experience with B2B SaaS, multi-tenant platforms, hospitality, travel, or PMS-related products.
