Role Purpose:Lead Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing processes for engine production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ME teams supporting Machining, Assembly, Test, and Paint operations.
  • Drive capacity planning, productivity improvement, and plant expansion projects.
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, layouts, and equipment.
  • Lead installation and commissioning of new machines and automation systems.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Kaizen, and Cost Reduction initiatives.
  • Improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale (SQDCM) metrics.
  • Support NPI (New Product Introduction), process validation, PFMEA, and APQP activities.
  • Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects and productivity investments.
  • Develop and coach engineers, technicians, and future leaders.
