We are a highly collaborative, curious, and determined team passionate about scaling a high-growth start-up to improve the lives of those in pain. TailorCare is a remote-first company with a hybrid office in Nashville.
About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to help lead our Clinical Operations Platform product. In this role, you will partner closely with our Care Team, building and improving the tools they use to deliver exceptional care to TailorCare patients. This is an opportunity to own meaningful product surfaces that directly impact patient outcomes and scale with our business as we expand into new markets and serve new customers.
You will help execute the product vision and strategy for the Ops Platform, translating the needs of our clinical teams into clear requirements and a well-prioritized roadmap. You're expected to operate at a high level of efficiency by leveraging AI tools throughout your workflow — from synthesizing research and drafting specs to prototyping, analyzing data, and preparing stakeholder communications — so you can move quickly without sacrificing rigor. You'll work closely with clinicians, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ship products that make our operations more effective and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Own roadmap execution for defined product areas, translating strategy into clear requirements and shippable increments
- Partner with design and engineering to identify customer problems and ship solutions from discovery through launch
- Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, spec writing, data analysis, and stakeholder communication, operating at a high level of efficiency
- Build trust across departments by delivering on commitments and communicating progress clearly
- Prototype quickly alongside stakeholders to validate ideas before committing engineering resources
- Define and own user acceptance testing for product features
- Define, track, and report on key results in the form of OKR and impact metrics for your product area
- Identify opportunities to improve team velocity and decision-making through better tooling and process
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience in healthcare technology or clinical process environments preferred
- Comfort working with, or a strong interest in, clinical care workflows
- Daily fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini and others) for research synthesis, writing, data analysis, and prototyping — able to operate at the highest level of efficiency
- Strong knowledge of product management best practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
