What You'll Do Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments Support the implementation of Salesforce for Customer Service, including configuration, testing, and user documentation Assist in the design and development of custom applications by translating business needs into functional specifications Create process flows, user stories, and requirement documents for IT project teams Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and help troubleshoot issues during rollout Support data mapping, migration, and validation efforts across systems Assist with training materials and end-user support for new tools and systems Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0-2 years of experience in a business analyst, IT, or related support role (internships welcome) Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/business applications a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Pay & Schedule Hourly / Salary Range: _$32/hour non-exempt_______________ Monday - Friday, standard business hours QualificationsAbout Us CR&R Incorporated is one of Southern California’s leading waste and recycling services providers, serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers across multiple states.
