Full description

About Docket

Docket is the AI Marketing Agent platform helping B2B marketing teams move past the broken MQL model. Our Agents engage buyers in real conversations, qualify intent using our proprietary Sales Knowledge Lake™, and surface Agent Qualified Leads (AQLs), a fundamentally better signal than form-fills and lead scores. We're building the category of agentic marketing, and we need a product marketer who can help us tell that story with precision and speed.

The Role

We're looking for a PMM II to own core product marketing execution across messaging, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and launch support. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build category-defining positioning muscle at a fast-moving startup.

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Demand Gen, and our CEO/co-founder to keep our narrative (AQL, Sales Knowledge Lake™, agentic marketing) sharp, consistent, and battle-tested against competitors.

What You'll Do

  • Messaging & positioning: Maintain and evolve core messaging for Docket's AI Marketing Agent, AQL framework, and Sales Knowledge Lake™, ensuring consistency across web, sales, and content
  • Competitive intelligence: Own the competitive battlecards and one-sheets; monitor competitor positioning, pricing, and feature moves and flag shifts that matter.
  • Sales enablement: Build and maintain buyer's guides, objection-handling docs, demo narratives, and deal-support materials that help sales close AQL-based deals
  • Launch support: Partner with product, content and demand gen to plan and execute go-to-market for new capabilities and features, including sales training, launch content, and internal enablement
  • Voice of customer: Mine customer calls, win/loss data, and support/success feedback to sharpen positioning and surface proof points
  • Cross-functional partnership: Work daily with Demand Gen, Sales, and the CEO's office to make sure product marketing output actually drives pipeline

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years in product marketing, or adjacent experience in product, consulting, or competitive/market research with direct GTM exposure
  • Strong writer, you can turn a technical capability into a sentence a VP of Marketing actually wants to read
  • Comfortable owning a deliverable end-to-end: research, draft, get feedback, ship
  • Genuine curiosity about B2B marketing and sales trends
  • Experience building sales enablement materials (battlecards, one-pagers, decks) that sales teams actually use
  • Startup pace and comfort with ambiguity, priorities shift, and you can reprioritize without losing the thread
  • Nice to have: experience at a martech/salestech company, familiarity with intent data or ABM platforms, or a PMM background paired with analyst relations exposure

Why Docket

  • Ground-floor seat in building a new category (agentic marketing)
  • Direct access to and mentorship from the smartest leaders in SaaS business
  • Real ownership: what you ship moves pipeline, not just internal slide decks
