As Lead Engineer, Mathematics & Data Science, Engineering Operations and Transformation, you will work in supporting Engineering and Technology Teams toward Operational Excellence, focusing on Demand vs Capacity Analysis, Costs and Engineering Rate control, Outsourcing leverage. You will drive the Organization toward a data driven mindset, enabling analysis and decision making through Data analytics. Through statistical approach you will be required to determine key process drivers impacting performances and describing future scenarios.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Driving Engineering Teams Demand vs Capacity Analysis
- Analyzing Demand evolution over Quarters to understand trends and variances versus Actuals
- Driving Engineering Teams to accurate and timely Vouchering allocation
- Working with Outsourcing Leader and Outsourcing Quality leader to build the appropriate Supply Base
- Supporting the Team in Milestones and Earned Value Management implementation and adoption
- Supporting Functional Costs analysis to understand cost drivers and drive cost reduction actions
- Applying Data analytics to Engineering Processes
- Driving proactive data driven approach throughout the engineering chain enabling decision making and being ambassador of the mindset
- Developing positive relationships and work closely with IET Engineering Leaders and Operations to enable decision making and share best practices
- Communicating results to various audiences from key executives to Operative Resources in the Organization.

To be successful in this role you will have
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Engineering
- Have significant experience in Data Management and Proven analytical and organizational ability
- Exceptional ability to interact with global, multicultural teams and foster collaboration in matrix organizations.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for reporting, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination.

- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Green or Black Belt certified
- Ability to influence others and Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 43,599.34 To 59,400
The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
