Job Summary

The Product & Pricing Operations Manager is responsible for managing the global product and service catalogue, pricing framework, margin governance, and Salesforce data structure. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and alignment of all product data, SKUs, pricing models, and margin rules across regions. It also plays a key role in maintaining Salesforce data integrity, dashboards, and reporting to support decision‑making across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Service Catalogue Management

  • Manage and maintain the global product catalogue, including SKUs, configurations, accessories, and service offerings.
  • Ensure product specifications, versions, and technical attributes are accurately documented.
  • Partner with R&D, Product Management, and Supply Chain to introduce new products and manage lifecycle updates.
  • Maintain catalogue consistency between ERP systems and Salesforce.

Pricing & Margin Governance

  • Maintain global pricing structures (catalogue, distributor, and project pricing).
  • Monitor product margins and ensure adherence to company margin policies.
  • Support the creation of regional price books and pricing frameworks.
  • Track cost changes and coordinate with Finance and Operations to update pricing.
  • Provide pricing simulations and margin validation for commercial teams.

Salesforce Data Governance

  • Manage product, pricing, and opportunity structures within Salesforce.
  • Ensure high data quality, consistency, and completeness across all regions.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards for Salesforce usage.
  • Support Sales with accurate configuration and pricing information within the CRM.

Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Build, enhance, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
  • Provide visibility on pipeline, order intake, revenue, product mix, and margin performance.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and analytics to leadership teams.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Serve as a central coordination point between Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Operations.
  • Support New Product Introductions (NPI) including SKU setup and pricing preparation.
  • Align product data, pricing governance, and reporting with commercial strategy and operational needs.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of product portfolio and lifecycle management
  • Expertise in pricing strategy, margin analysis, and governance
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (data governance, reporting, dashboards)
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Strong cross-functional communication and alignment capabilities
  • Ability to manage complex catalogues and multi‑regional pricing structures

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Sales Operations, Pricing, or Business Operations
  • Experience in technology, payment devices, POS, or hardware industries
  • Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge, including advanced reporting
  • Experience in multinational or multi‑regional environments
