Finance Business Analyst

Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business.

As a Finance Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business performance through reporting, KPI management, customer profitability analysis, cost price modelling and business intelligence.

Working closely with Operations, Customer Relations, and New Business Development teams, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

As Alloga Netherlands continues to strengthen its position as a strategic European hub for new 3PL and Specialty customers, this role offers the opportunity to grow alongside the business and play an active role in shaping future finance and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial and operational performance reporting

• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and management information

• Monitor and analyze operational and financial KPIs

• Cost-to-serve / cost price modelling

• Support customer profitability and margin analysis

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance

• Generate actionable insights for MT Alloga

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities

• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Business Control, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration, Economics, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights

• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools

• Affinity with logistics, supply chain, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or 3PL environments is a plus

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work across different areas of the business

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

• Comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving organization.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English
