Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst with 2–4 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Analytics, and AI. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python and PySpark, along with experience working in a professional services or consulting environment. This role involves leveraging data to generate actionable insights, develop AI-driven solutions, and support client engagements that deliver measurable business value. Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies (Azure Databricks, Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning) is an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, structured, and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Build scalable data processing pipelines using PySpark and optimize data transformation workflows.
- Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and statistical analysis.
- Develop analytical solutions and AI-driven approaches to solve business problems.
- Apply AI and Generative AI techniques to enhance business processes and client solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Support client-facing projects by presenting technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in Data Science, AI, Generative AI, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Analytics.
- Strong programming expertise in Python.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark for distributed data processing and big data analytics.
- Experience with Python libraries and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and data processing techniques.
- Exposure to AI techniques and Generative AI concepts is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, client-facing consulting environment.
