We're looking for a data-driven Analyst to support our global compliance, regulatory and ethics program through analytics, reporting, and monitoring activities. In this role, you'll transform complex data into actionable insights, helping business and compliance leaders make informed decisions and maintain high standards of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Based our of our beautiful Warsaw office, you will be working on global projects with a geographically dispersed team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with analytical thinking in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

What you'll do:

  • Support ongoing regulatory and monitoring activities, including time-bound deliverables and reporting requirements.
  • Ability to provide data and associated analysis in quick turnaround times, where required.
  • Ability to bring disparate data sets together to allow for senior level transparency in the form of Power BI dashboards (updated daily). Develop, maintain, and refresh Power BI dashboards to provide daily visibility into key metrics and compliance activities.
  • Support Sales Compliance evaluation activities through data analysis, monitoring, and standardized communications.
  • Daily monitoring and reporting of all aspects of the consent order, including reporting accuracy and data quality while maintaining appropriate documentation and validation methodologies.
  • Identify and resolve data issues through cross-functional collaboration and analytical problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated strength in preparing analytical reports and identifying key trends and insights
  • Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to navigate complex issues effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Practical experience with agentic solutions and agents
  • Strong understanding of time-sensitive deadlines
  • Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative team-oriented approach

Key requirements

  • Experience with Power BI dashboard development, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Databricks, Azure, or similar cloud-based data platforms.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Understanding of data architecture and best practices, including data governance, star schemas, and medallion architecture concepts.
  • Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources to support reporting and business decision-making.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred experience

  • Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, audit, risk, or consent order initiatives.
  • Experience creating automated reporting or workflow solutions.
  • Familiarity with data validation, documentation, and quality assurance practices.

This role will be based in our Warsaw, Poland office on a hybrid basis (minimum two days a week in the office). As the role has a global scope, fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.

Actual compensation decisions for base salary and other compensation will be dependent upon a wide range of factors including but not limited to: an individual’s skill sets, experience, qualification, training, education, location, and any other legally permissible factors.
