As Team Lead Chemical Supply, Waste Management & Wastewater Treatment (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and future-oriented operation of these critical utility services at our Regensburg site.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the team responsible for chemical supply, waste management, and wastewater treatment operations
- Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all related systems and continuously drive process improvements
- Plan and coordinate staffing, resources, and shift schedules to support operational requirements
- Oversee maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance activities, and compliance with legal and internal regulations
- Serve as the key point of contact for customers, employees, and internal stakeholders on technical and organizational matters
- Support budget planning, audits, training initiatives, and the ongoing development of the site
Show your expertise
- Degree in a chemical, environmental, or related technical discipline, or a technical qualification within the chemical industry combined with advanced professional training (e.g., Chemical Technician or Master Craftsman)
- Several years of professional experience in facility management, utility systems, waste management, environmental engineering, or comparable technical operations
- Initial leadership experience combined with strong organizational and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety, quality management systems, and technical operational processes
- Structured, self-reliant working style with a strong customer and service orientation
- Fluent German language skills and proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications
