Job Description
The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content that reflects our luxury brand and supports marketing, membership, events, and business objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print platforms.
- Create marketing materials for memberships, events, equestrian programmes, hospitality, and private functions.
- Design social media graphics, digital advertisements, email campaigns, newsletters, and website assets.
- Produce brochures, flyers, invitations, menus, presentations, signage, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistent use of the Royal Stables’ brand identity, guidelines, colours, typography, and tone.
- Collaborate with the marketing, membership, sales, hospitality, equestrian, and events teams.
- Translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into effective visual communications.
- Prepare artwork and files for digital publishing and professional printing.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, suppliers, and creative partners.
- Assist with photography and videography direction, image selection, editing, and post-production.
- Create visual content for social media campaigns, activations, launches, and special events.
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, revisions, and creative requests efficiently.
- Maintain organised libraries of brand assets, templates, images, and design files.
- Ensure all designs are accurate, polished, visually engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support the development of seasonal campaigns, promotional concepts, and brand initiatives.
- Stay updated on design trends, creative technology, and luxury lifestyle visual standards.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling business, member, client, and campaign information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Royal Stables’ visual identity and customer experience.
- Perform other graphic design, creative, branding, and marketing duties as required.
Desired Skill & Expertise
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, branding, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, layout, typography, branding, and digital design skills.
- Pro digitalficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, video editing, and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, colour, typography, and composition.
- Experience designing for luxury hospitality, lifestyle, events, equestrian, or private members’ clubs is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Creative, proactive, organised, and receptive to feedback.
- Professional, polished, and confident in representing a luxury brand.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and local cultural expectations is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic design and typography skills are highly desirable.
