In this role, you will support the implementation of the ESG data strategy, working cross functionally, leveraging tools / systems to ensure oversight and governance of key business data leveraged for ESG reporting. You will work very closely with the Sustainability Office, Control, Finance, People, Legal, and Strategy & Transformation teams, as a part of PepsiCo’s cross-functional ESG Reporting Council (ERC), as well as external partners.
This is a hybrid role based in our Purchase, NY office
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely and collaboratively with the ERC and external consultants, where needed, to help implement our ESG data management strategy
- Support the implementation of governance processes across ESG around data collection, maintenance and transformation for use in reporting
- Help implement key ESG data control processes and initiatives, ensuring methods align with functional and business strategy while working effectively in a matrix organization
- Be willing and able to travel domestically and globally as needed (~5%)
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,700 - $135,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Business Information Systems, Sustainability or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Control and reporting role, sustainability data reporting role OR data & analytics role
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Preferred Requirements:
- Data Management, IT and/or process improvement experience preferred (e.g., working in a dedicated Data role, covering a broad range of data disciplines and functions, such as data governance principles, data management processes, data integration practices, data quality management and data stewardship/ownership)
- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain flexibility with regard to ad-hoc projects, revisions to areas of responsibility and organizational change
- Previous experience in a CPG company
- Basic experience / understanding of ESG reporting landscape and key reporting frameworks
- Ability to work cross-functionally and to communicate professionally and effectively, internally and externally, to all levels of the organization
