We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Tech - TE2A (Enterprise Systems Engineering) team. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Manager - IT Systems Engineering
This position is for an established and productive professional individual contributor in Information Technology, who works independently with minimal supervision. The role supports the Senior Solutions Architects to define and lead the implementation of technology solutions including application design, development and integration of HR Portals. The Solutions Architects partner with clients, project sponsors and business users to understand solution requirements and needs in order to define and document the application and platform design. The Solutions Architects also work with consulting colleagues, take direction from and provide support to Senior Architects to deliver solutions that leverage the design and architecture expertise, and implement those solutions into web portal platforms.
We will count on you to:
- Drive AI adoption and follow change management techniques for our colleagues along with the following:
- Draft and develop communication products, including newsletter, talking points, blog posts, etc. for Tech and Non-Tech audience
- Post news, articles, and blogs in Viva Engage (social media) and Teams Channels. Should be comfortable with multi-channel content creation.
- Maintain content on SharePoint site.
- Design and develop communication effectiveness surveys.
- Design effective visual solutions like product marketing videos, tutorial videos, thumbnails, banners, and digital graphics to promote new initiatives.
- Continuously improve our resources and documentation.
- Managing and updating our platforms, including SharePoint and Workday, to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Analyse engagement metrics and feedback to continuously refine digital content and program effectiveness.
- Contribute to process documentation and SOP development for tools and products across the COE
- Create visual aids such as infographics, presentations, one-pagers, flowcharts, templates and so on.
What you need to have:
- Interest in emerging AI technologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to align communication and with program milestones
- Strong project management and consulting skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly across diverse projects and regions.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and promotes an inclusive, respectful work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Must have a advanced knowledge of the entire Microsoft suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

- Experience with maintenance and administration of SharePoint sites/portals.
- Practical experience of Generative AI.
- Adobe Create Suite basics, Figma, Canva, Articulate or similar design tool
