We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (End User Computing) to join a key technology programme, leading the delivery of a large-scale device refresh and rollout project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager with a strong background in end-user technology deployments, who can coordinate stakeholders, manage delivery timelines, and ensure a seamless experience for end users throughout the rollout.
- Project Planning & Delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules.
- Track progress and report status to stakeholders.
- End User Computing Workstream Leadership
- Lead device refresh and laptop deployment projects.
- Manage M365 migrations and user transitions.
- Coordinate application deployments and upgrades.
- Oversee user onboarding and device lifecycle activities.
- Ensure readiness for go-live and transition to BAU support.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Work with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, EUC Engineers, and Business Leads.
- Coordinate third-party suppliers and vendors.
- Manage communications with users, project teams, and sponsors.
- Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and steering committees
- Proven experience delivering EUC, desktop, laptop, or device refresh projects.
- Strong Project Management background within enterprise IT environments.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage risks, issues, and project dependencies effectively.
- Experience working with deployment engineers, service desk teams, and infrastructure teams.
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and governance practices.
