Job Description Summary

Job Description

We are looking for a working student or intern (f/m/d) to support our Cybersecurity team at the Berlin location. You will assist with vulnerability and patch management, cybersecurity reporting, and operational technology (OT) security activities within industrial and energy systems. This is an on-site position, and regular presence at our Berlin office is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Review vulnerabilities using CVE, CVSS, NVD, vendor advisories, and vulnerability management tools
  • Support the coordination and tracking of patches, remediation activities, exceptions, and risk acceptances
  • Assist with OT cybersecurity activities, including asset inventory, system hardening, network security reviews, firewall rule reviews, and security baseline verification
  • Support cybersecurity risk assessments and the review of technical security requirements for industrial systems
  • Maintain vulnerability management, patch management, cybersecurity, and audit documentation
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, KPIs, and presentations
  • Support cybersecurity testing, audit preparation, and the follow-up of identified findings
  • Identify opportunities to improve or automate cybersecurity processes

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, operating systems, and computer networks
  • Familiarity with CVE, CVSS, NVD, vulnerability management, and patch management
  • Interest in OT cybersecurity, industrial automation, energy systems, or network security
  • Basic knowledge of relevant cybersecurity standards, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Initial experience with Windows Active Directory, Linux, PowerShell, firewalls, or network switches is desirable
  • Structured, analytical, and independent working style
  • Good German language skills and Very good English skills;
