Role Summary

This role will manage the planning and delivery of strategic projects across the enterprise learning organization.  Working under the Program Office Manager, the Project Manager will partner with learning, HR, business, technology, operations, communications, and external partners to translate priorities into clear plans, coordinated execution, and measurable outcomes.  

The role will manage projects from initiation through stabilization and closure, ensuring scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, budget, risks, decisions, communications, and adoption activities are actively managed. Projects may include leadership development, team effectiveness, digital or AI-enabled learning, learning platforms, process improvement, vendor implementation, or other enterprise capability priorities.

This role requires a practical and organized project manager who can work independently, create structure in complex environments, influence without authority, and keep cross-functional teams focused on delivery and business impact.

This role is based out of Bogota Columbia; hybrid work

Key Responsibilities

Manage Strategic Enterprise Learning Projects

  • Manage assigned enterprise learning projects from definition and planning through execution, stabilization, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain clear project charters, workplans, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, budgets, decision logs, and governance routines.
  • Translate portfolio priorities and sponsor direction into practical execution plans with clear ownership, timing, dependencies, and success measures.
  • Drive accountability and coordinate across multiple workstreams and partners to ensure deliverables are integrated, sequenced, and completed to agreed scope, quality, timing, and cost.
  • Identify issues, risks, tradeoffs, and resource constraints early; recommend actions and escalate decisions when required.

Support Leadership Portfolio Delivery

  • Support selected strategic projects owned by the Head, Leadership Portfolio, including initiatives related to leadership development, coaching for performance, team effectiveness, and enterprise execution.
  • Coordinate with learning design, facilitation, operations, communications, measurement, and vendor partners to move initiatives from concept through launch and scale.
  • Support portfolio reviews, fit-gap assessments, implementation planning, and the simplification, redesign, scaling, or retirement of offerings.
  • Ensure project decisions and deliverables remain aligned with Our Credo, C.E.O. Leadership Behaviors, business priorities, learner needs, and intended talent or performance outcomes.

Enable Technology and Process Solutions

  • Manage projects that may include learning platforms, digital experiences, AI-enabled tools, data and reporting solutions, workflow improvements, or technology integrations.
  • Partner with product, technology, data, privacy, legal, information security, procurement, and vendor teams to define requirements and coordinate approvals, testing, implementation, and transition to operations.
  • Support solution design, process documentation, user acceptance testing, knowledge transfer, release readiness, cutover, and stabilization activities as needed.
  • Ensure technology is treated as an enabler of learning and business outcomes, with clear requirements, user experience, adoption, and operating ownership.

Coordinate Stakeholders, Governance, and Communications

  • Serve as a central point of coordination for project sponsors, workstream leads, partners, and vendors.
  • Prepare concise, decision-oriented updates covering progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, budget, resource capacity, outcomes, and required actions.
  • Establish effective governance and communication routines that enable timely decisions, accountability, and transparency.
  • Manage project-related communications and change activities in partnership with communications, change, and learning teams to support stakeholder alignment and adoption.

Measure Outcomes and Improve Delivery

  • Define project success measures and track delivery, adoption, learner experience, operational performance, and business or talent outcomes as appropriate.
  • Conduct After Action Reviews to identify lessons learned to enhance ways of working and inform future project improvements and portfolio decisions.
  • Apply consistent project management methods, tools, templates, and quality controls while adapting the approach to the size, risk, and complexity of each initiative.
  • Close projects with clear accountability for ongoing operations, measurement, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, learning and development, HR, organizational effectiveness, business transformation, technology implementation, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and closure.
  • Strong working knowledge of project scope, schedule, budget, resource, risk, issue, dependency, governance, and change management practices.
  • Experience translating strategic priorities into practical workplans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, written communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-support skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and influence outcomes in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and use digital and AI-enabled tools to improve workflow effectiveness, stakeholder experience, and business outcomes.

Preferred

  • Project management certification such as PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise learning, leadership development, team effectiveness, talent, HR, or capability-building initiatives.
  • Experience managing learning technology, platform, data, digital experience, process improvement, or vendor implementation projects.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and coordinating work across business, HR, learning, technology, and external partners.
  • Experience using project portfolio, collaboration, reporting, or analytics tools to strengthen execution and decision-making.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
