We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to identify trends, measure performance, and drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, including electronic health records, surveys, and other databases
- Develop and maintain data reporting systems and dashboards to track and monitor key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies and initiatives
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Create and present reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
- Knowledge of healthcare data and regulations (e.g. HIPAA) is a plus
